Firstly Congrats…… I wish you a happy & fulfilling Married Life……
Secondly on the “Slum Dog” Article…… I fully agree with you on this the movie is indeed really sad with misfortune following Latika where ever she went…… the only respite was a happy ending although not for the audience…… all of us came out not jubilant that everything turned out ok in the end but the fact that we had sooo much and sooo many people in India Live on sooo little…… u actually feel guilty even about the popcorn you enjoyed……
Definitely not a commercial movie or a feel good one but certainly one that deserves an Oscar for portraying the true hardships faced by many of Mumbai Street Children…… Joy
